Its creation is connected to the moment when founder Mike Paladini and his wife Kerry were expecting the birth of their daughter, Penelope. To celebrate this special occasion, Mike wanted to create a bourbon that would embody the joy of life and the celebration of both big and small moments. Together with his close childhood friend and neighbour Danny Polise, they set out to create a bourbon that could be appreciated by a wide range of whiskey lovers. Their goal was to craft a high-quality Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a balanced flavour profile that everyone could enjoy. Today, Penelope Bourbon is available in all 50 U.S. states and is exported to several countries around the world.

Penelope Bourbon is distilled at the renowned MGP Ingredients distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. This historic distillery dates back to 1847 and is one of the most important whiskey producers in the United States. The combination of MGP’s expertise and Penelope’s creative blending approach results in unique and distinctive bourbons.
