Patrón

Patrón is a popular tequila brand, known for its exceptional quality and unique square bottle design. The brand was founded in 1989 by John Paul DeJoria and Martin Crowley in the Mexican city of Jalisco, a region known for growing blue agave.

Patrón tequila is produced using traditional methods, using only 100% blue agave, which is hand-harvested and carefully processed. Agave hearts, called piñas, are slowly baked in traditional brick ovens and then crushed using an ancient wheel mill called a "tahona". This process extracts rich juices that are fermented and then distilled in copper stills.

Patrón operates its distillery with an emphasis on sustainability and environmental protection, including water recycling and the use of renewable energy sources.
