O'Doherty's

O’Doherty’s is a traditional Irish whiskey, named after the historic Irish clan O’Doherty – one of the oldest and most important families from the northwest of Ireland. Whiskey is thus a symbol of pride, tradition and resilience, which are inextricably linked to Irish culture.

It is produced using the classic Irish triple distillation method, which gives it its typical smoothness and purity. It is matured in ex-bourbon oak barrels, thanks to which it acquires notes of honey, vanilla, caramel and dried fruit. It has a smooth, slightly sweet and balanced taste – ideal for sipping on its own or as a base for cocktails.

Interestingly, the O’Doherty’s brand is often associated with the Northern Irish city of Derry, where it had a prominent place in social and cultural life. To this day, it retains the image of a “people’s whiskey” – accessible, yet with a rich story, representing Irish tradition without unnecessary frills.
