Nilio

NILIO is the first non-alcoholic brewery in Slovakia, which was established in Liptovský Mikuláš in 2020 and combines cutting-edge science and honest craftsmanship.

This brewery cares about the high quality of its ingredients, traditional brewing methods, and high vitamin and mineral content. Its name comes from combining the characteristic features: NI – Nicolas (the historical name of Liptovský Mikuláš), LI – Liptov, and O – representing 0 %.

NILIO has become a unique representative on the Slovak market, providing customers with a product that has an excellent taste and aroma and proven health benefits. Their non-alcoholic beers are indistinguishable from alcoholic beers in taste, but do not contain alcohol. Alcohol has a negative effect on the human body, which has been proven by many scientific publications.

All NILIO beers are made exclusively from natural ingredients, and no synthetic substances are used in any part of the production process. This is why their non-alcoholic beers are characterised by a full flavour that is typical of modern craft beers. The craft brewery in Liptovský Mikuláš also holds global VEGAN certification.
