The winery Domaine Maurice Schueller is one of the traditional family wineries in France. The Schueller family originates from Switzerland, but after the Thirty Years' War, they settled in Alsace, where they gradually built a winemaking tradition that continues to this day. In the 19th century, the family moved to the village of Gueberschwihr on the Alsace Wine Route and began developing their own vineyards and cellars.

An important moment was the year 1934, when Edouard Schueller purchased the buildings of the current winery. Later, his son Maurice expanded the business and began bottling wine directly at the winery, which strengthened sales and exports to various European countries. In 1994, the winery was taken over by Marc Schueller, who combined family traditions with more modern winemaking practices and gradually expanded the business activities of the company.

Today, the winery produces typical wines of the Alsace region, including varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer as well as wines from the prestigious Alsace Grand Cru vineyards. The characteristic feature is the combination of traditional methods, emphasis on terroir, and a family approach that is passed down from generation to generation.
