Lind & Lime Gin is a handcrafted London Dry Gin from Leith, the historic port district of Edinburgh. It is produced by the Port of Leith Distillery, a young and innovative company building on the city’s long heritage of wine and spirits trade.

The gin is named after Dr. James Lind, an Edinburgh-born physician who first proved that citrus fruits could prevent scurvy. Fittingly, lime is a key botanical, perfectly balanced with juniper and complementary herbs. Lind & Lime embodies the blend of historical legacy, local storytelling, and modern craftsmanship, making it a truly premium Scottish gin with a distinctive identity.
