Levanduland

Levanduland was founded in 2014 in Záhorie with the ambition to bring a piece of Provence to Slovakia. They grow thousands of medicinal lavender seedlings on their own organic fields, from which they hand-pick organic quality flowers. A few years later, the rare rose centipede was added to lavender - from its petals they obtain rose essential oil and hydrolate, unique products in Slovakia.

Levanduland is not only a grower, but also a research company - in cooperation with universities and laboratories, it investigates the use of plant bioactive substances in the food industry, cosmetics and pharmacy. Their motto "Nature works miracles, we just package them" captures the combination of nature, science and a sustainable approach.
