Le Jaja de Jau „écolo“ Blanc

Le Jaja de Jau "écolo" is a very refreshing elegant white French wine, which is made from a mixture of 100% organic grape varieties Vermentino 70 % and Chardonnay 30 %. The grapes are harvested in the coldest hours of the night to preserve the highest quality berries.

Subsequently, the mixture was mixed thoroughly and filled into barrels, where it was protected from oxygen. The "écolo" edition includes 100 % organic certified light wines that are perfect for summer as an aperitif.

We recommend serving with white fish, shellfish, squid and fruit dishes. The bottle has a soft green label with white daisies.
