KAH Tequila

"KAH" means "life" in the ancient Mayan language, and DoD is a celebration of lives lived. This brings Kah Tequila together and makes each bottle a unique work of art.

Kah Tequila is associated with the Day of the Dead, Día de los Muertos, which is not a morbid custom and is not just about one day. In most countries that celebrate this 3,000-year-old Mesoamerican custom, it is divided annually between October 31 and November 2.

At this several-day festival, families and friends gather to pray for and remember those they have lost. The custom is based on the belief that mourning is an insult to the deceased and therefore the life they lived should be celebrated with food, drink and activities they enjoyed while they were still alive. That is why Kah Tequila bottles are colourful and cheerful.
