"KAH" means "life" in the ancient Mayan language, and DoD is a celebration of lives lived. This connects Kah Tequila and transforms each bottle into a unique work of art.

Kah Tequila is associated with the Day of the Dead, Día de los Muertos, which is not a morbid custom and is not limited to just one day. In most countries that celebrate this 3,000-year-old Mesoamerican tradition, it is observed annually from October 31 to November 2.

During this multi-day festival, families and friends gather to pray for those they have lost and to remember them. The customs stem from the belief that mourning is an insult to the deceased, and therefore, the life they lived should be celebrated with the food, drinks, and activities they enjoyed while alive. This is why Kah Tequila bottles are colorful and cheerful.
