The brand Ice Tropez was created in the iconic French resort of Saint-Tropez, founded by winemaker and visionary Grégoire Chaix. His goal was to create a modern, light drink that captures the atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast – freshness, style, pleasure, and elegance. The first product, Ice Tropez with an alcohol content of 6.5%, was launched in 2005. In 2009, a non-alcoholic version, Ice Tropez Zero, was introduced.

Ice Tropez products are produced at the Domaine Tropez winery, located directly in the Provence region and specializing in rosé wines with a focus on quality and a modern approach. The cocktails are made using either quality wines (in the alcoholic version) or grape juice (in the non-alcoholic variant), infused with natural flavors of peaches, nectarines, and flowers. The resulting drink is lightly sparkling and packaged in elegant glass bottles with a volume of 0.275 l.
