Cognac Hennessy XXO was first created in 1870 alongside Hennessy X.O, when Master Blender - Emile Fillioux selected eaux-de-vie with great potential.

The result was such a significant discovery that it was launched worldwide in 1871. Thanks to the savoir-faire inherited from his family, Yann Fillioux, the seventh generation Master Blender, decided to recreate Hennessy XXO in 2018.

Hennessy XXO opens a new era in the world of spirits, bridging the duality: powerful structure meets airy delicacy. Its visionary flavor combines opposing forces into one composition. The cognac has a rich, pronounced nose, which is a hallmark of the visionary. The long finish characteristic of rare cognacs is highlighted by a wonderful hint of spicy complexity. Its aromatic range spans from herbal to spicy, with notes of bitter orange and freshly grated nutmeg, sweet licorice, dried mint leaves, and subtle spices.
