Origin and production philosophy

The Finca Pronamala winery, which is behind the Gusto & Motion brand, works with local grapes of traditional varieties - Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada - which form the basis of authentic Spanish cava. The products are made using the traditional sparkling wine method (méthode traditionnelle), in which secondary fermentation takes place directly in the bottle, ensuring a fine and lasting effervescence and complex aromas.
