Ebenica Coffee is a Slovak roaster of select coffees based in the picturesque town of Modra, which has been bringing exceptional coffees from around the world to cups since 2009. The brand was founded by Štefan Jakab with a vision to create high-quality, freshly roasted coffee with an emphasis on flavour balance, purity and authentic origin.

The coffee beans come from verified farms in Latin America, Asia and Africa. Ebenica emphasises sustainability and fair trade, working only with partners who share its values of responsible coffee cultivation and processing. Each batch is roasted with precision on modern Giesen roasters to bring out the natural flavour profile of each coffee.

The Ebenica brand has also built a strong reputation beyond Slovakia's borders, with several coffees winning prestigious awards in competitions such as the Great Taste Awards.
