Chateau Rúbaň Nitria

Slovakian pink dry wine with the attribute late harvest, which comes from the Chateau Rubáň winery. It is a 2021 vintage and is made from the Nitria grape variety. It comes from the South Slovak wine-growing region, the village of Rubáň.

The aroma is dominated by the aroma of wild strawberries, red grapefruit, and freshly picked currants. The taste is elegant with fine minerality and ripe blackberry. The chief oenologist Laci Dörď oversaw the production process of this wine.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 to 10°C with smoked salmon, cheddar cheese and grilled vegetables. Bottle maturity 1 to 2 years.
