Chateau de Jau Sans Sulfites

Chateau de Jau AOP Côtes du Roussillon 2020 is a fine red sulphate-free French wine made from Syrah and Grenache Noir grapes with a 50/50 ratio. The varieties grew on clay-limestone soil in the Languedoc-Roussillon wine-growing region.

It is a very tasty wine without added sulfites, which requires perfect purity in the cellars from harvest to bottling. The grapes are harvested at the peak of ripeness and then vinified at low temperature.

It matures in vats and subsequently in the cellars of the winery. It goes perfectly with grilled ribs, stewed lamb and cheese. A deposit may form on the bottom of the bottle. This is a normal effect created by "soft" filtration and has no effect on the taste of the wine or your health.
