The basic philosophy of Apimed Meadery from Slovakia lies in the production of varietal meads distinguished by the type of honey from which they are made, just as winemakers offer wine based on grape variety. We utilize the species diversity and variety of Slovak honey – flower, acacia, forest, or linden honey. In every drop of this delicious drink, you will find the best of the honey, herbs, and spices used. We approach the production itself with great respect and passion.

In addition to producing from our own apiary, Apimed Meadery purchases a wide range of varietal honeys from long-established beekeepers across Slovakia. We offer bee honey in 3 basic types: flower, acacia, and forest.
