Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa is a blended rum from the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. It is produced by distilling using the Coffey still method, where the distillate is extracted from the bottom of the apparatus to achieve a robust and rich flavor profile.
The rum is aged in American oak barrels previously used for bourbon and in port casks. The final blend is expertly crafted from rums aged 5 - 9 years. Admiral Rodney Princessa rum offers notes of raisins, vanilla, honey, Caribbean spices, oak, and crème brûlée.
