Tequila has always been made without compromise - from 100% blue Weber agave, harvested at its peak, from which quality liquid is produced every time.
The heart of the agave plant - piña is hand-harvested and distilled to perfection in the tequila-making process. The tall spiky leaves that protect the heart of the blue agave are removed one by one by jimadores - agave harvesters. Agave is a century-old plant, meaning it blooms once in its lifetime.
Field workers are the backbone of this tequila. Dedicated jimadores hand-harvest each agave piña - a tradition passed down from generation to generation.
