This premium 8-year-old Jamaican rum from Hampden Estate was created in collaboration with the famous Italian distillery Velier. Hampden Distillery is known for producing incredibly high-ester rums that are created using wild fermentation and full of tropical fruit flavors.
No sugar is added to the rum. Distillation takes place exclusively with a Pot Still using local spring water and tropical aging in 190 L ex-bourbon barrels. The combination of these factors will transport you to real rum heaven!
It comes in a nice green-orange gift box along with two glasses.
Color: amber with golden reflections
Nose: pineapple, leather, papaya, lime, oranges, pepper
Palate: distinct, pleasant, banana, pineapple, herbs, wood, molasses
Finish: long, cinnamon, banana, apples, licorice
