Description
Only 100% Blue Weber agave, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, is used to make Casamigos Anejo tequila. Agave is roasted for up to 72 hours in traditional brick ovens and fermentation lasts 80 hours. Master Distiller uses a special mixture of yeasts for production, which, unlike conventional yeasts, provides a consistent refined taste. The mixture matures for 14 months in premium American white oak barrels. The Casamigos brand is partly owned by actor George Clooney .
