The Irishman Single Malt Marsala Cask Finish

The Irishman Founder's Reserve Marsala Cask Finish is a premium Irish whiskey created by the brand's founder Bernard Walsh. It was created by a combination of 70% single malt whiskey and 30% single pot still whiskey , which together matured for 15 months in special wooden barrels of Marsala wine from the picturesque Florio winery in Sicily. For this whiskey from the Irish Whiskey Collection, 24 excellent barrels were exclusively reserved. Each bottle is packed in a gift box, numbered separately and signed by Bernard Walsh.

Aroma: flashes of Marsala wine, spices, vanilla, summer fruits
Taste: subtle tones of barley malt, red berries passing into tones of flowers and wood soaked in bourbon
Conclusion: great and reminiscent of Italian summers, smelling hazelnuts, sweet nougat and woody tones of oak wood
