Bundle Dos Maderas 5+3 + Carúpano Reserva Especial 6
Dos Maderas 5+3 is a premium Spanish blended rum. Matured 5-year-old rums from Guyana and Barbados will be sent to Williams & Humbert in Spain.
Subsequently, the rums are mixed and the mixture undergoes the final 3-year maturation stage in ex-sherry barrels, where the world-famous "Dos Cortados" sherry, which has won a number of worldwide awards, has previously matured. The barrels gave the rum an irresistible sweet taste and complexity.
We recommend that you drink it clean or with ice cubes.
Carúpano Reserva Especial 6 is a Venezuelan dark Blended rum with a strong salty taste and tones of caramel, nuts, raisins and wood. It is made from a mixture of rums that have matured for up to 6 years. It is then filled into white American oak barrels and matured for several more weeks. It is bottled with 40 % alcohol content. Rum is very high quality and tasty for its price category and will surprise every experienced master in the world of rum.
Rum has won several world awards and medals due to its charming taste and quality. For better taste and aroma, we recommend serving it clean without ice. However, if you want to experiment, add a slice of lemon in Carúpano Reserva Especial 6 and, two ice cubes and top up with Thomas Henry Botanical tonic.
