The latest addition to the excellent Nadurra range, a cask strength whisky that is not chill-filtered. Glenlivet whisky is sweet, vanilla-rich, maturing in American white oak casks.
Aroma: beautifully scented with coconut crème brûlée and vanilla sugar. You'll also detect raisins, marmalade, blackcurrants, and baked apple slices in pudding. With another whiff, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the aroma of pear with a hint of fern, delicate floral acidity, and caramel.
Taste: a strong and sweet oak structure is the first thing your taste buds will catch. Rhubarb and pudding will enchant you on the second sip.
Finish: slightly smoky oak and almonds gently intertwine with citrus, which is incredibly refreshing.
