Bundle White Heather 15 Year Old + White Heather 21 Year Old
White Heather is a 15-year-old Scotch blended whisky created by Master Blender Billy Walker. Cereals and malt whiskeys from the Speyside, Islay and Highlands regions were used in the production.
After mixing she matured in ex-bourbon, American virgin, ex-sherry Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez barrels. Thanks to the barrels, it gained an irresistible refreshing taste with tones of oranges, almonds, ginger and smoke. A full-bodied whiskey with an exceptional balance between honey sweetness and subtle peat smoke.
Free of dyes and cold filtration. The bottle is contained in a blue-black gift box.
White Heather is a 21-year-old Scotch blended whiskey . This is a limited edition available in only 2,000 bottles worldwide. Behind her is the legendary distillery master Billy Walker, who has been active in the whiskey world for 50 years. In the production of this whiskey, he mixed the best single malt and grain whiskey from different regions of Scotland. The result is an expertly created and unusually rare Scottish blended whiskey, which consists of 53% grain whiskey and 47% barley whiskey (barley part consists of: 20% Highland, 23% Speyside and 4% island Islay whiskey, each of which characterizes resulting sweet-smoke peat taste profile).
This whiskey matured for the first 18 years in first and second-time American oak barrels and in Spanish sherry oak barrels. Subsequently, Billy Walker mixed the contents of the barrels and left them to mature for 3 more years in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels, Olorosso sherry and medium-burnt Appalachian oak barrels.
