Description
Slovak white dry wine with protected designation of origin from the Juraj Zápražný winery. Sauvignon grape variety, year 2021, South Slovak wine region - Jasová.
The color of the wine is bright with a greenish rim, which is complemented by expressive aromas of black currants, elderflower, juicy peaches and a little nettle in the finish. The taste is accompanied by ripe white currants, red gooseberries and nettles, which can sting even the refined palate. Don't forget the spicy acidity at the end. Recommended with white meat and various types of pasta.
We recommend serving and storing at a temperature of 10 to 12 °C. Grape sugar content at harvest 20.50° NM. The wine is vegan.
