Take their gin made from earthy juniper, American citrus, coriander seeds and angelica root, then let it mature for at least 3 months in American oak barrels and its refreshing taste profile will give a lot of creamy caramel and vanilla tones.
Aroma: lots of caramel and butter candy. Wild juniper penetrates.
Taste: similar to the smell, you can feel the influence of the barrel very much here, although you will also feel the touch of orange and lemon.
Conclusion: long and quite floral.
Overall impression: a great example of gin ripening in barrels.
