Description
Naga Java Reserve is an Indonesian rum that will enchant you with a great balance between aroma and taste. It is made in the northern part of the island of Java according to long Asian traditions. The mixture of molasses and yeast of fermented red rice is fermented in teak vats and the subsequent distillation takes place in traditional Chinese distillation equipment. The resulting rum is a combination of kettle and column distillation. Java Reserve matured for 3 years in teak barrels and then for 4 years in American bourbone barrels.
