He completed the whole process of maturation in a tropical climate , which significantly accelerates all processes caused by maturation. Rum is the result of mixing 10 barrels distilled in 2007 and two barrels distilled in 2008. It reaches an ester level of 315.6 gr / hl.
Aroma: rich and hearty with fruity tones of apricots and pineapple, herbal-woody tones of oak and turpentine
Taste: strong, kerosene-spicy with cinnamon, black pepper, coriander and vanilla
