Whisky That Boutique-y Whisky Company Craigellachie 10-Year-Old (batch 7) is an independently bottled Scottish single malt from the Craigellachie distillery. It is one of the few distilleries that uses spiral cooling during distillation. This uniqueness contributes to the rich flavor of Craigellachie whisky and inspired the illustrated label that will surely make you smile.
This batch was produced in a limited quantity of 2987 bottles.
Aroma: sweet-earthy with notes of hazelnuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, and malt
Taste: coffee, caramel, and brown sugar, nutmeg, barley
Finish: lingering, dried fruit and caramel

The juniper distillate is created in a small, handcrafted, copper distillation apparatus. All alcoholic vapors must pass through a metal sieve containing herbs.
Cold, clear, and soft water from Lüneburg Heath, Portuguese lemons the size of grapefruits, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin from the herb cistus (rock rose) make GIN SUL exceptional. A hint of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is filled into typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
