Silver medalist at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris in 2015. Beautiful and tasty rum. It matures for more than three years in American oak barrels in which cognac had previously matured. It is made from sugar cane. The unique climate of the Caribbean accelerates the maturation of rum and it can fully develop its delicate aroma. The original name of the rum is Arawak, which means "island of beautiful waters."
For those who do not know the taste of rum, the taste is very reminiscent of fine cognac. In terms of quality, rum is extremely fine, high quality, which even the leading tasters agreed on.
